Third Annual State of Mind | It's All in the Family

Family dynamics are deeply affected by mental health and mental health is deeply affected by family dynamics. 

Join us for three virtual "Meeting of the Minds" panels where our panelists will discuss topical subjects that affect individual and collective mental health within the family unit: how parents and their kids can find common ground in the midst of difficult conversations; how substance use, either by the parent or the child, affects family beliefs and behaviors; and embracing aging with tools for how to support the process for ourselves and our loved ones. After each discussion we will welcome questions from our audience members on Zoom.

To close this event we are thrilled to welcome, in person, Dr. Donna Volpitta who will discuss resilience, mental health, and addiction using simple brain science. This event will take place at the Blair Education Center at the Park City Hospital with a reception and opportunity to connect with Dr. Volpitta. For those who may not be able to attend in person, we will also offer a zoom option. Please RSVP accordingly.
