This virtual workshop is created specifically for those who provide services for families in Summit County, Utah. If you are an educator, a school counselor, a family medical provider, coach - if you work with our youth and families in our community then this for YOU!

We face unprecedented challenges as students in our community head back to school and families grapple with the pandemic. CONNECT Summit County and Communities that Care have partnered to bring tangible, research-backed resilience training to you - our frontline. Join us for this fast-paced, focused virtual workshop facilitated by resilience expert, Em Capito, LCSW, to triage your own resilience levels and craft an immediately actionable, holistic personal resilience practice.

You will learn tools for resilience not only to share with those around you, but to empower you in your own life!
